Hi,

Does anyone else have a problem with the 8-GBM devices "dropping" when connecting to iTrain?

I'm running in full automatic (without a route) mode and end up with false readings for occupancy.
When looking at the units, the blue bus light is out and I either have to disconnect/reconnect the power, or reboot the entire system.

Hello Tim,

This is not normal behavior. When the situation occurs next time, please try to switch booster power off and on to see if the 8-GBM comes up again. Please report if this helps.
